The Fragmax alarm went off for no reason, and wouldn't shut up, and there was no fire or smoke of any sort.. So it must have been the nerd stench!  D:

The sky always looks prettier in the morning after it rains.  This is the view i get on my way to work almost every morning.  <3   Its about the only thing nice about working that early.  BUT getting up early isnt that worth it... Cuz I'm usually too sleepy to really enjoy it.  XD  The moon is still there too, but the colours are what interest me the most.  :3  Pretty sky <3

Red River Exhibition is short for the Red River Exhibitionist.  Which is the guy in the picture above.  He's being arrested for running around naked in the fair grounds. They took awhile to catch him, he was all greased up and hairless.  XD

LOL ok so yea I'm lying.  The picture is of my friend Jared, lol.  We were at the fair thingy and there was a dunk-a-cop fundraiser, and he got in the cop car for a picture.  =P  It was alot of fun, (and I haven't posted for awhile).. I didn't take any pictures of the rides or anything cuz my camera ran out of batteries shortly after this picture. ;<

I'll try to post more often, I just got lazy.  =P

Mint chocolate cakey ~<3 
Made with peppermint schnapps for flavour in the icing.. Yummy!  <3  I piped pink and white icing on the top to show that it's supposed to have a pepperminty flavour (reminds me of candy canes sorta) so that the cake isn't confused with my Green tea flavoured cake, which is also green,  but a bit duller of a shade. 

Strawberry Kiwi cakey
White cake, with a layer of pureed fresh strawberries and kiwis, white icing on top, pink icing on the sides and blended into the center. Thin slices of the fruit on the top for garnish. :3  This was the first cake that (any of the cooks told me) i got compliments on, so it's kinda become a regular in my cake repertoire.  =P

Banana Split cakey
Also a white cake, to represent the vanilla ice cream.  XD  The bottom layer of the cake is flavoured with some strawberry puree, with banana cream on top and pineapple inside.  Peanuts on the outside, chocolate and strawberry syrup on the top!  <3

Forgot to post this yesterday.  I may or may not do a second post today, but since there doesn't seem to be many people reading this (or at least, if they are they're not leaving any comments, so I don't know they're reading it.. Unless i check the Footprints, but I'm usually too lazy.)  ANYWAY i digress.  I blame facebook and myspace for xanga suffering.. XD  I hate facebook and myspace though, so I'll never ever EVER get an account on either of them. :3

Pretty picture?  :3  It's a garden in the back of this museum/tea house down by the river near St. Andrews, which is about 5 min outside the city. I like to go here to sit by the river and think or whatever when I'm a bit depressed.  Or even when I'm not.  I am pretty sure i found this place when i was with Jan, i'd always driven near it, but never actually gotten out of th car to walk around and see the sights.  =P  For those of you who live near here and want to check it out, it's down River Road, if you come from Main St, and pass Larter's golf course, it's the second dirt road turnoff thingy with picnic tables around.  <3

Father's day this year might be difficult. But perhaps Twiggy will enjoy the company of my father, if it's any consolation.  ;<

The caption on the post is something my coworker said at work today, lol. I thought it was witty, because no matter what context it's in, it's pretty much dead on.  I was plating and cutting the cheesecakes we'd made day before, a whole whack of them... God.. Anyway, I was at the last one (finally) and said so, and he replied with that.  Lol.  It is always the one you've been waiting for when you start.  The last one.  Because even if what you're waiting for doesnt come "last" you still (usually) stop after getting what you want, therefore making the thing you got the "last" one for you.  XD

Another new / old face I see.  Hi!  long time no see, jeez.  Please dont' just drop by and say hi then disappear again. Comment some more and tell me how to get in touch with you again. XD 

When my mum first moved out of my dad's house, we had my cat, Sandy, and she picked up two kittens whose owner was talking about putting down because they couldnt keep them.  So we got Dusty and Oreo.  Chrissy claimed Dusty, and Lisa, Oreo.. When they got a bit older our mum said that three cats was too many, and since Oreo was the troublemaker, she chose to give her away.  Lisa was pretty torn up about that. (especially since our mum decided to go ahead and get 2 more kittens later on.. Lol) 

So anyway, my friend (wondering why once someone gets the title of "ex gf/bf" they never seem to lose it, no matter how long its been.. xD )  Chad (yes, that title)  got a cat (whose name I forget, I'm sure I'll be reminded) who resembles Oreo quite a bit.  Except the gender part, and the fact that Chad's kitty is a huge suck who basks in attention, while Oreo is a bit standoffish and what not.

So today's featured picture is his kitty.  And I'll be sure to show my sisters the picture of beer-cat.  XD

Oh also, David finally saw the picture I took for him.  He likes his castle.  And he seems to want me to steal it for him. XD

My new hair~ <3  (and a kitty on my shoulder)  XD  I like it alot.  It's quite a bit shorter than it was before but at least now it doesn't look all scraggly at the ends and stuff.  D:  So when i went to the stylist lady (who happens to be a friend of my mum's) I was like.. I want about 5 inches off, (held up my hair showing how much i wanted cut) so when i sat down she's liek "actually i think it'd be nice if i took it up to here, i know its more than 5 inches..."  She has this thing with cutting people's long hair OFF!  Lol.  But the last 2 times I went to her and only wanted like an inch or so off, she didn't take any more than that, so I trust her not to do anything bad.  =P

So when she started, i was saying how i really wanted layers so that it's bouncy and has more body to it, cuz I was really sick of having it just freakin hang there all the time, it was starting to bug me quite a bit just cuz it was so drawn out and dead looking.  D:

So she hacked away at it and then highlighted it and now its all pretty and stuff. <3

Don't mind the picture of <me> just pay attention to my hair.  (yes I'm in my jammies.. >.>  I just had a shower, lol)   And so, I feature a picture of my hair today, because tomorrow I shall be getting it cut.  I'm not entirely sure how -short- I will be getting it yet... I will definitely not be getting it cut as short as my sisters did when they cut theirs.  xD  I just don't think i'd be able to deal with that.  D:  I love my long hair, and parting with it would be a huge change I'm not ready to make.  Nor do i ever really want to, it's kinda my thing.  :3  I'd be too jealous of girls with longer hair than I have (guys too most likely) and i'd want mine back really badly.. So no, I won't be getting much more than maybe 5 inches taken off the end.  The main change(s) will be in the style.  I'm gonna get it layered because I'm a bit bored of just having it hang there.  Plus I'm gonna get some streaks in it, most prominently, two big blonde ones in the front around my face, which I will later dye pink.  <3

Other than that.. Hm.. I dunno really.  So of course just by judging what today's picture is, you can guess tomorrow's will be the finished product of my cut hair.  xD

I want to get a new cell phone.  My current phone / plan are annoying me.  Not the phone so much as the plan, but i would like to get a better phone and stuff.  The only problem is that the phone I want is with Rogers, while the plan I want is at MTS.  Bugger it all.  :<

Today's picture is dedicated to Davi.  I found his castle!  Me and chrissy were at ortho and i saw this and burst out laughing.. Then pointed to it and she started laughing too.  We both thought the same thing.  David's castle is a lovely silver.. can.. smexy aint it?

Watched alot of Shakugan no Shana (second) with Jared today.... Fucking sweet.  It started out a bit slow but when it picked up, it REALLY picked up.. fast.  Totally awesome. <3

Now it's either manga reading time, or time to take a walk or go somewhere.  I'm in a bit of a bad mood. 

I found this in the bottom of the cupboard in the bake shop.  My first thought was "I wonder what it does, I should test it on Danny".  (Danny is this guy at work that's super annoying and creeps me out. Which, by the way, is a bit hard to do, since I'm pretty used to creepy people being around me. But he's the kind of creepy that bugs me.)  Then i looked a bit closer at it as i was going to take the picture and figured out what it was for... The use of which was a bit disappointing, and a whole lot less useful.  Damn. Ends up, "stabi" isn't pronounced "stabby"  its more like "stay-bi" like stabilize, it's a cream stabilizer for adding to whip cream so that it doesn't get all mushy and shit when it's whipped up or w/e.  Booooring.  =<  I'll stick with my "stabby" theory.  And still might test it on Danny.  =D

In other news... There is no other news.  I lead a boring life.  Apparently this week is shaping up to be a busy one though.. Which may or may not be a good thing, we'll have to wait and see.
